The Presales Consultant main tasks will include:

• Providing support for the Sales Team during the Sales Process


• Product demonstrations and presentations to prospects


• Responding to proposals


• Understanding the prospects business requirement and creating custom demonstrations


• Running Pilots or Proof of Concept Systems.Maintaining a relationship with existing customers and provide them with agreed areas of support so as to maximise the sales potential of that customer


• Partner Support :
  
  
  
  • Assist Partners in key opportunities, including customer meetings and working on Request for Proposals
  
  
  • Participate to new partner recruitment
  
  
  • Manage and deliver Partner Training
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a presales consultant acquired in a software company specialising in human resources solutions.


• HR background a must


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Good technical background and ability to built up customized demonstration


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary to effectively interact with customers and internally


• Good analysis skills to successfully match client needs and Talentsoft features


• Strong customer focus


•  Business, Engineer or University Degree

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch, English and French, Dutch or English native will be appreciated


• Other : any other European language will be appreciated
