Participants of our Referral Program help us introduce our services to their client network or introduce us to candidates for our open positions.

For successfully introducing Coperform Consulting to a new client we share the benefits of our Business with this client for the duration of 18 months (uncapped):

• €2000 for each full-time freelance placement with a duration over 6 months
• €1500 for each successful permanent placement

For successfully introducing a new candidate to one of our open positions (resulting in a placement within 3 months) we offer the following reward:

• Freelance: €2000 for each full-time freelance placement with a duration over 6 months at this client
• Permanent: €1500 euro for each successful placement

All referral fees are paid within 3 month after receiving client payment.
