- You have extensive knowledge of Portfolio, Program and Project Management disciplines, and (financial services) industry best practices

- You have outstanding professional project management skills and have a proven track record of delivery and leading diverse teams

- You have the capability to understand business and IT strategies, and steer change based on this

- You demonstrate strong leadership and solid people management and communication skills

- You gained hands-on knowledge of budgeting and financial management



You are a hands-on, results-oriented, social, diplomatic team player with leadership skills, and eager to work in Tier-1 environments. 

You are optimistic and flexible by nature, and have a ‘boots in the mud’ mentality. 

You have a degree in Economics, IT, Civil Engineering or MBA. Project methodology certification is a plus.
