Our client’s insurance practice is working with multiple top insurers to help them implement diverse solutions focusing on strategies, products, processes, organization and/or infrastructure. As project managers we make a real difference by providing independent implementation capability combining our deep business knowledge with project management expertise.

Together with our clients, we identify strategic or operational issues and performance gaps, develop solutions in line with our clients’ objectives, partner with our client’s team and third parties to deliver solutions, and always defend the client’s position. 

We manage the design of a comprehensive business and technology architecture, draw the operating model and build the processes to shape major transformation journeys. We are committed to deliver.

As an ideal candidate,

- You have at least 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, life and/or non-life, retail and/or corporate, of which 3+ years as project manager

- You have managed projects with at least 10 FTEs and budgets > €1 million 

- You are motivated to assist our clients in delivering projects in domains like Underwriting, Product Management, Policy Management, Claims Management, Distribution Management, etc

- Your experience covers the complete project life cycle, from defining business case up to deployment and after care. 

- You managed scope, planning, stakeholders, budgets, etc. and are used to report to C-level

- Your projects cover both IT and business domains. 

You are a hands-on, results-oriented, social, diplomatic team player with leadership skills, and eager to work in Tier-1 environments. 

You are optimistic and flexible by nature, and have a ‘boots in the mud’ mentality. 

You have a degree in Economics, IT, Civil Engineering or MBA. Project methodology certification is a plus.
